about

This recording was made late at night after a friend's band's recording session. I wrote this chord progression on guitar earlier in the day and played it through two guitar amps out of a stereo delay pedal. The audio from that recording was later slowed down and automated to create the present sound. The chord progression now makes a brief appearance on a Caddywhompus song. It was created with the lyrics "Craving not just the thing, but the escape that it brings. In my backyard there's a garden where I will bury you. What do I even bring? Dragging the weight of myself should at least get me inspired, but I don't fucking care."
